Hunted: The Demon's Forge

The biggest thing that sticks out about this game to me is the split-screen coop multiplayer. This is when I have the most fun playing games with my friends. Playing online is fun, but being able to sit side by side for some reason just always made it more fun for me.

I don't know too much about this game other than the split-screen coop, but that in a fantasy setting sounds good enough for me.

This is set to come out for PC, 360, and PS3 May, 31 2011.

Sony Online Focusing on 2 MMO's Based off Planetside/Everquest

SOE (Sony Online Entertainment) closed their studios in Seattle, Denver, and Tucson. They canceled an MMO they were working on since 2007 called The Agency which I completely forgot about until hearing this news. I have never been a huge fan of SOE but I have always heard good things about Planetside and Everquest.

Hopefully all those that lost their jobs can find work soon.

The Old Republic

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 1 and 2 were my favorite RPG's to play on  original xbox. I prefer open world games to linear ones any day, but somehow Bioware has been able to keep my attention whenever they release something new.

I had been hoping it would be out by now, but I can handle a TBA 2011 release date as long as it means they are taking all the time they need to make a polished game, especially since they are making this an MMORPG.

Waiting for 11/11/11

This is the game I am most looking forward to this year. Having spent hundreds of hours in Morrowind and Oblivion, all I want is to lose more hours of my life in the Elder Scrolls universe. Every game I play until November will just be a way to make my waiting less agonizing. 11/11/11 can't come soon enough!
